  • Modularization: Based on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) design, uses the core module technology of service bus, real-time data base, integrated figure & model and so on.
  • Integration: Uses the integrated multi-level platform to manage all kinds of old and new facilities, to import the historical data of AMR, could realize the whole management of energy data acquisition in generation, transmission, distribution and consuming.
  • Intelligence: System uses core technologies like smart dividing, speeding, adaptation, dispatching and so on, to realize smart management for large-scale tragedy, exception management, true and false situation and business analysis.
  • Visualization: System uses many kinds of visual displays such as Simulation diagram, Line monitoring chart, Status indicator, Network equipment, Geographic Information Map , Instrument panel diagram, radar diagram & pie diagram.
  • Procedures: System could support Billing System with same protocol and interface in measuring, bill management, customer service and integrated management, realize the automation of billing system procedures.
  • Interaction: System could support multi-channel on Internet website and mobile communication APP, like Instant Messengers, Wechat. Supporting the Consuming inquiry and feedback, Energy-saving popularize, TOU peak off-peak adjustment and distributed energy accessed.

The Sichuan AMI System covers nearly 30million consumers in Sichuan Province, accesses in large scale acquisition facilitiesin generation, transmission, distribution and consuming links, realize the acquisitionand management for data.

The project begins construction in Oct.2010 and went into operation in 2011, realized automatic meter reading andbilling, developed plenty of functions such as local and remote control,re-charge, mobile APP and so on. The system is also linked to other systemslike billing system, accounting system and dispatching system by interfaces.
