01. Mega-Watt Scale Distributed Infrastructure
The ENERNOVA iES-ICS series represents the pinnacle of Mega-Watt Class energy delivery, offering a scalable output range from 360kW to 1920kW. Engineered with a sophisticated Distributed Power Architecture, our system effectively decouples the centralized power conversion unit from the user interface. This Split-type charging system is specifically optimized for high-intensity environments where space efficiency and high power throughput are critical, such as Electric Bus depots, Heavy-duty Truck logistics corridors, and large-scale Seaports.
02. Full Liquid-Cooled Thermal Management
Reliability in extreme industrial conditions is ensured through our Full Liquid-Cooled Thermal Management System. By applying liquid cooling technology to both the power modules and the charging cables, the system maintains a consistent operating temperature even during continuous full-load cycles. This technology eliminates thermal throttling, ensuring that Heavy-duty electric trucks and mining vehicles can achieve peak energy replenishment speeds regardless of ambient environmental temperatures in rugged Mining operations.
03. Intelligent Flexible Matrix & Energy Orchestration
The core breakthrough of the iESlab series lies in its Flexible Matrix Technology. Powered by advanced algorithms, the system performs dynamic power sharing and intelligent load balancing across up to 16 Satellite Terminals. This flexible charge-discharge technology allows the system to intelligently allocate the necessary power to each vehicle based on real-time SOC (State of Charge) and battery demand, maximizing site utilization and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO) for fleet operators.
04. V2G Capability and Smart Grid Integration
Equipped with high-efficiency 125kW bidirectional AC/DC modules, the system is fully V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) ready. This bidirectional capability transforms the EV fleet into a mobile energy storage asset, enabling V2X energy flow to stabilize the local microgrid. Operators can leverage peak-shaving and demand-response programs, feeding energy back into the grid during peak hours or utilizing clean energy from integrated Solar/PV systems, thereby creating a sustainable and profitable energy ecosystem.
* Technical Note: The system supports multiple charging standards including MCS and CCS2, ensuring future-proof compatibility with next-generation high-voltage battery platforms (up to 1000V).
